a thought from George Soros: ". TriQuint, still suffering from post-boom investor wariness, trades at a forward P/E ratio of just 12. In the past 12 months the company had almost 100% year-over-year earnings growth, and has net cash of $155 million in the ban |

These manufacturers chose TriQuint's latest products for important 'live' presentations to complement their own new product and reference design introductions. TriQuint's TQM7M4006, the world's smallest GSM/GPRS quad-band power amplifier module at 5mm squared, was among several of the company's products to debut at the 2005 World Congress. The module was used in 'live' phone call demonstrations of recently announced integrated base-band/transceivers during the show. Ralph Quinsey, TriQuint President and CEO, said it has been highly regarded in the market due to the module's breakthrough size and excellent parametric performance. "TriQuint is pushing the envelope in size, performance and cost. The GSM world comes to Cannes to see the latest in phone design and the future of mobile technology; TriQuint is excited to be a part of that future," Quinsey said. Also on display were TriQuint's new TQM6M4001 and TQM6M4002, the world's smallest integrated transmit modules shipping in production volumes. The TQM6M4001 and TQM6M4002 integrate the power amplifier, power amplifier controller, harmonic filter, and quad-band pHEMT switch in an extremely compact 6mm squared form factor. These modules were being featured in numerous new radio boards alongside the latest transceivers offered by Analog Devices, Infineon, and Silicon Laboratories. In all, TriQuint GSM module products appeared in nine radio boards paired with transceivers from industry leaders. "Market acceptance is the best measure of product success and TriQuint's power amplifier modules and transmit modules are meeting that test every day," Quinsey said. "If you're talking about the future of GSM RF front-end technology, TriQuint is there, and some of the world's largest transceiver and handset manufacturers have acknowledged the value of these innovative solutions."
