Invision settles the DOJ investigation and GE completes merger. http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/041206/65517_1.html The INVN board is now officially closed. PH you may want to take a look at what it cost INVN and see what that means to SCHN. |

K/N - How are you going to pay your lawyers if you can't withdraw any of the funds? |

Maybe the strength in price was related to someone jumping all over the options prior to the GE announcement. Somebody is in deep trouble. http://biz.yahoo.com/djus/040317/1608000992_1.html |

I still think NEM might get to $40. I'm waiting. BTW INVN gets acquired and does announce a $100M + order today! I knew orders were on the way. The shorts really took it on INVN. I think there were still more than 2M shares short. |

K/N - As I recall, you're waiting for the $30's for NEM, too. I'm of mixed emotions as to whether I want to see you get it or not... |

BTW, so much for forward vision. GE could have had INVN for $10 or less a share easily 4 years ago. But of course there was no idea Sept 11 would cause demand to go thru the roof but it was a solid company with good products that was way undervalued. |

No, always made good money on INVN. Sold in the $30's and watched it go back to low $20's where I figured it was a bargain but waited for the teens that never came. It had been on a run lately and I figured something was up, but not GE. I figured a decent sized contract. I think it is a perfect fit for GE and they will have the resources to make the different products from INVN go straight to the top and will market them well. |

Wow... did you still own it, K/N? I think GE really should be buying TIVO, but I'm biased. Besides, TIVO would not boost their earnings. |
